What do I need in order to do a Rapid Rescore on a credit file?

In order to do a Rapid Re-Score on a file you MUST get a letter from the creditor that’s states the account number as it shows on the credit report.

This letter must:

  1. Be on the creditor’s letter head
  2. State EXACTLY what you would like to change/remove from the credit file.

For example, if there is a WAMU mortgage account that is showing a balance owing on the credit report, but the account actually has a zero balance. You must get a letter from WAMU stating the account number (as it appears on the credit report) and stating that the account has a ZERO balance and is no longer owing).

Once we receive the letter we will send it into the 3 bureaus (xpn,tu,efx) and they will take 2-5 days to make the changes to the credit file!

Note: The credit bureaus will not accept payment receipts, online printouts (showing balance, etc) and/or copies of checks for Rapid Re-Scores.
